Running plex on a VM instead of lxc has always worked better in my experience. Less weirdness. Running plex on truenas scale worked just fine for me, on truenas core however, very bad performance. Maybe i did something wrong, idk, but i now run plex on an ubuntu vm on proxmox. Spooky-Mulder.
