The CS is a little bit snappier than the C2, but fits better in the hand for many and is a little easier to conceal. As for the magazines, the C2 is compatible with the rest of the Staccato family while the CS is not. Had to lightly file the edges of the grip where it kind of sits recessed in the frame.
