I've gotten it down to: gmg is less expensive, window viewer, and seems to have a better app. Rec Tect more expensive, thicker steel, better customer service.

There is hardly any fat on a tri-tip if it's trimmed properly. The entire process takes less than an hour. And I never use a drip pan.

I was having trouble achieving and maintaining 180F at LOW and this solved the problem (was able to hit and maintain 180F in direct sun at around 82F outside temp after adjustment).
