The PANCE pass rate is put somewhere between 2 and 2.5 standards of deviation below the mean. If your score is <2 STD or better, you're probably gonna pass. Your program can set whatever pass rules they want. As an aside- PAEA certainly has the data to make a predictive model. It would be nice if one were made and published, but they haven't.
