Lorex cloud app not working

Lorex Cloud app not connecting. My android version of Loex Cloud was working fine on three devices. I was able to monitor my cameras just fine on a cruise ship in the Caribbean. Two days before the end of the cruise I got "failed to connect" messages. That was about two weeks ago.
