Pictures show up as files and cannot download or open file. I have a iPhone 14 pro max version 16.2 and For the past 2 weeks my iPhone has been not showing pictures or contacts that other iPhone users send to me. i have not changed any settings and this isn't a carrier thing because my wife's iPhone has the same carrier and hers works fine.
