Hello All. i have 2000 ford ranger with 2.5L engine,crank but engine won't start. check the fuel pressure and injector power. everything working ok (use noid light). check the ignition coil spark output. use one of the extra wires connected to the spark plug and held close to the engine body. really low spark comes out. Crank no start. 1) cleaned up my battery terminals. You could eat off them now. 2) cleaned up the ground points as suggested. 3) Replaced the RUN/CRANK relay. 4) Replaced the STARTER relay (that's the one that did it, but the other stuff is good to check out too).
